kosmos

The imagery referring to the immensely large scale (universe) evokes an aesthetic and sensory experience similar to the immensely small scale (atom – molecule). It is an imagery based on an idea of order and perfection. It draws strength from its scale so far away from the human experience. Kosmos aims to observe the emergence of an idea of the cosmos (perfection, order, but also indeterminacy) from the image of common and simple objects that can be hold in a man’s hand.
